Instructions are for two servings. Modify as necessary.

Pre-heat the air fryer up to 350F (180C).

Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board. Slice the breasts into pockets horizontally.

Mix the pesto, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

Scoop equally sized portions of cheese into pockets in the breasts of the chicken. Then fold over the entire chicken breasts over the filling, and secure it by using the help of a toothpick.

Pour the avocado oil over the breasts of chicken and rub it into the chicken breasts. Sprinkle each side with salt from the sea and crushed black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts stuffed with a mixture of spices in the air fryer that is preheated and cook for 18 to 20 minutes until golden and cooked to perfection.

Take the air fryer off to serve along with a fresh green salad or any other vegetables you like.
Tips
To enhance the flavor To enhance the flavor, add on some Italian spice on the exterior on the breasts of chicken after rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.
Smaller breasts of chicken will require 16-18 minutes to cook, while larger ones can take 20 to 30 minutes or more.
Try olive tapenade or red pesto instead of the traditional green pesto!
